At Native Country™ Healthcare Systems LLC our on-site dialysis center is designed to allow subacute rehabilitation patients to receive hemodialysis treatment while healing and recovering. We are committed to helping patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD) and end-stage renal disease (ESRD) lead fuller, more active, and more vibrant lives.
You have various options for dialysis treatment, including in-center hemodialysis.
With this treatment, you schedule three four-hour treatments per week at our kidney dialysis center which is fully staffed by a personalized care team. Many people prefer to go to a dialysis center for treatment because dialysis treatments are monitored by trained kidney care providers.
Patients at the dialysis center can engage in social interactions with both fellow patients and staff members. Dialysis is only three times a week, leaving four days of freedom in between.
After talking with a nephrologist, many individuals prefer going to a dialysis center for treatment because it aligns well with their lifestyle.
At Native country healthcare systems, patients on dialysis have a voice in their plan of care. Heart of the Rockies Regional Dialysis Center provides outpatient dialysis services. Our Dialysis Center accepts out-of-town dialysis patients. Visiting patients are required to have their social worker call ahead to discuss availability and request prior authorization from the Dialysis Center’s medical director.
